Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Trawen Traiding, S.L. processes through this website and its contact email, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). The Spanish version is the reference text.

What data we process and why

• If you email us: your email address, your name if you give it, and what you tell us. We use them only to reply and handle your request.
• If you visit the site: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and technical connection data to serve the pages and protect them from attacks. Trawen does not use this data for anything else.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies or any analytics or advertising tools.

Legal basis

• Email: our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, if you ask us for an offer or an agreement, the pre-contractual steps you request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Visits: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available (Art. 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep it

Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and then for the periods required by law.

Recipients

We do not share data with third parties unless the law requires it. Two providers process data on our behalf: Google (Google Workspace, for email) and Cloudflare (website hosting). They may process it outside the European Economic Area with GDPR safeguards: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, rectification or erasure of your data, object to its processing, ask for it to be restricted and ask for its portability. Write to pabloinigo@trawen.org. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
